Shipping: US Orders

Ultra-Gauge.com exclusively ships via USPS Priority Mail Domestically. Orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous states typically take from 1 to 3 business days.  Orders are shipped from the central US, and the actual shipping time depends on your proximity. For example, shipments to central states take from 1-2 days, while shipments to the east or west coast states take from 2-3 days.

 

USPS Priority Mail delivers Monday through Saturday.

No signature confirmation is necessary for orders less than $250.

Warranty & Guarantee

UltraGauge is offered with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30-days from the delivery date, just return UltraGauge in its original condition for a refund, less shipping and handling and processing fee.

 

UltraGauge EM Plus & MX:

** Please leave the unit in its protective plastic sleeve until your are satisfied with the operation and compatibility with your vehicle. **

  • All returns will incur a $15 Processing/Restocking fee.
  • Units returned with minor damage such as scratches, will be assessed a minimum refurbishment fee of $18.00 in addition to the processing fee.
  • Units with major damage, such as cracked plastic, damaged or scratched screens, damaged cords, water damage, etc., do not qualify and will not receive a refund and should not be returned. Such units if returned, will be discarded.
  • Units exposed to cigarette smoke are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee and can not be returned. Such units if returned, will be discarded.
  • If windshield, vertical or horizontal mounts have been removed from their protective bags, they can not be returned for a refund.
  • If the adhesive backing has been removed from the Velcro, it can not be returned.

Returned units must be properly packaged, either using the original packaging, or bubble wrap or similar protection, otherwise shipping damage may occur. Please do not ship in a bubble envelope Such envelopes provide no crush protection.

 

UltraGauge Blue:

  • All returns will incur a $10 Processing/Restocking fee.

UltraGauge is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.  Within this period, Ultra-Gauge.com will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use, including parts and labor.

Refurbished units have a 90-day warranty.

Mounts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase. Adhesive is not warrantied as its performance is greatly affected by the installation and is beyond our control. Please follow the mount installation instructions carefully.

 

International Customers

It is the responsibility of international customers to arrange for the shipping of returns for warranty, repair, and/or updates.

Shipping Damage

If your order was damaged during shipping, it is necessary to return the unit to have the unit repaired, replaced, or a refund issued.  If damage is to the windshield mount or windshield mount bracket, you may need only provide a picture of the damage.  Shipping damage must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of your order.  Please create a support ticket to report shipping damage --> Support Ticket

 

Product Updates

Minor updates may be released which include minor feature and or compatibility enhancements. Minor updates are free of charge for one year from the purchase date.     Update information, if any, will be posted at Updates.   However, it is necessary to ship your unit in to be updated, as it is not field updateable.  If more than 60 days from the time of delivery have passed, all transportation costs become the responsibility of the domestic customers.  USPS first class or USPS priority mail is highly recommended.  International customers are responsible for transportation costs regardless of when purchased.

Major updates , if any, which include significant feature enhancements, are typically not offered for free.

 

Reward offer

The reward offer ended on 9/19/15. All rewards which have not been submitted are now expired

 

Personal Information sharing

Ultra-Gauge.com does not sell or make available personal information, email or postal addresses or telephone numbers, or other demographic information of our website visitors and customers to third parties, other than as specified below.

 

UltraGauge.com may share contact information or personal information that you provide for legitimate business purposes such as complying with law, legal process or regulators, providing appropriate customer service, or conducting business operations, which may include making such information available to third parties who are service providers to Ultra-Gauge.com or its affiliates (for example, service providers providing financial transaction processing, such as PayPal).  Information may be shared between the Company’s affiliates, but only if we reasonably believe it complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

 

Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, email address, telephone number, postal or other physical address, other contact information, and general information gathered.

 

Ultra-Gauge.com never collects or stores credit card, checking, or other financial information.  All financial information and transactions are handled by PayPal.

 

Returns

Prior to initiating a return, you must submit a support ticket to receive a return authorization. The support ticket should provide a description as to the reason for the return --> Support Ticket.  Once submitted you will receive a response which will provide the return procedure details.

Please never send returns to the return address on the original shipping package, as that address is a fulfillment center that is not equipped to receive returns, and the return will likely become lost.

Use USPS first class or Priority Mail service. FedEx and UPS can not ship to our PO Box.
Do not use a signature service as there is no one to sign and the package will be returned.
Do not ship in a bubble pouch. Such pouches provide no crush protection.
